Account Deletion

Sign in, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm on the warning that appears, with the 'Delete account permanently' button.

The moment you confirm, your account is deleted. There is no waiting period, no cancellation window and no undo; you are signed out as soon as it is done and you cannot sign in again.

Because deletion is instant, we do not send a confirmation email afterwards: there is no account left to notify. You are welcome to sign up again later with the same email address, but nothing from the deleted account can be brought back.

If you can't sign in or removed the app, email contact@ravehunt.com from your registered address with the subject 'Account deletion request'.

To verify it's you, the request must come from the email address registered on the platform; we may ask for extra verification.

Your profile (username, name, bio, music taste), posts, stories, comments, follow relationships, messages and notification history are deleted together with the account, in one go.

The profile photo and post images you uploaded are deleted from storage as well. Posters and venue photos still used by a published event stay where they are, so the people holding a ticket to that night keep seeing the event page.

Your location records are deleted with the account too: both the coarse (city/country) location kept on your profile and, if you shared it during an event, your precise location. Precise location records live for one hour at most in any case, and lapse on their own once that hour is up.

Any BPM balance becomes void with the account; BPM is not money and cannot be cashed out.

Ticket purchase and invoice records are retained for the statutory periods required by Turkish consumer and tax law, minimized and de-identified where possible.

Records we are obliged to keep for security and fraud prevention may be retained for the periods set by law.

Deletion from inside the app completes immediately; there is nothing to wait for.

Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days at the latest once we have verified who you are, and we reply to the address you wrote from.

Copies in backups are purged within the normal backup cycle (90 days at most).
