Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-13
This document sets out the cancellation, refund and withdrawal terms applicable to event tickets purchased through the RaveHunt platform. RaveHunt is an intermediary service (marketplace) platform operated by SKYWAY TRAVEL TURİZM SEYAHAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ; the party that actually provides the event service is the relevant organizer.
1. Parties and Definitions
Operator and Intermediary Service Provider (acting as Data Controller and Seller): SKYWAY TRAVEL TURİZM SEYAHAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the 'Company'). The Company operates the 'RaveHunt' brand and platform. Address: Cumhuriyet Mah. İstiklal Cad. No: 8, Ürgüp / Nevşehir, Türkiye. Phone: +90 384 341 25 20. E-mail: contact@ravehunt.com. Web: ravehunt.com. Ürgüp Tax Office, Tax No: 772 068 38 39. MERSIS No: 0772068383900014.
RaveHunt (Platform): The web application operated by the Company and accessed via ravehunt.com, which provides social networking and ticketing services for music events. The Platform is currently available on the web only; a mobile app is not yet live.
Organizer (Event Provider): The third party that creates, arranges and actually delivers the event service. The provider of the event service underlying the ticket is the organizer; the Company acts as intermediary in this relationship.
User (Consumer): A natural person aged 18 or over who signs in via a Google or Apple account or other supported methods and purchases a ticket through the Platform.
Ticket: A QR-coded digital access right that grants entry to a specific event and is registered to the user's in-app wallet.
BPM: An in-app loyalty point. It is not money and cannot be converted into cash; it is earned on each entry and may be used for admission to certain events.
2. Scope and Payment
These terms apply to event tickets purchased through the Platform and to transactions related to those tickets.
Payments are collected through the payment provider infrastructure, whose integration will be set up separately. The time it takes for refunds to appear in accounts may vary depending on the processes of the relevant banks and card institutions.
For matters not regulated here, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation shall apply.
3. RaveHunt's Intermediary Role
Through the RaveHunt platform, the Company acts as an intermediary service provider (marketplace) in the ticket purchase relationship established between the user and the organizer. The contract for the event service underlying the ticket is concluded between the user and the organizer.
The planning, content, holding, postponement or cancellation of the event is the responsibility of the organizer. The Company provides the ticketing infrastructure and intermediation of payment.
In return for the intermediation service it provides, the Company charges a service fee in addition to the ticket price. The refund conditions for the service fee are set out in Section 7.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal for services relating to entertainment and leisure that must be performed on a specific date or period.
Event tickets relate to an entertainment service to be held on a specific date and time. For this reason, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these tickets after purchase, and the user cannot unilaterally request a refund on grounds of a change of mind or inability to attend.
By confirming the purchase, the user accepts this exception to the right of withdrawal on an informed basis.
For users who are unable to attend the event, the free ticket transfer alternative regulated in Section 8 of these terms is available.
5. Cancellation or Postponement of the Event
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the ticket price is refunded to the user. The refund process and method are set out in Section 6.
If the event is postponed, the existing ticket remains valid for the new date as a rule. If the user cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund of the ticket price within the conditions set by the organizer.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, the user is informed by in-app notification and/or e-mail.
If an event entered with BPM is cancelled, the BPM points spent for admission are restored to the user's account.
6. Refund Process, Timeline and Method
Where a right to a refund arises, payment is refunded to the payment method the user used at the time of purchase. No additional charge is collected from the user due to the refund.
The refund is initiated within 14 days at the latest from the approval of the cancellation or the refund request. The time for the amount to appear in the user's account or card may vary depending on the processes of the payment provider and the banks and card institutions.
If the ticket has been used (scanned) at event entry, the service is deemed to have been performed in whole or in part, and no refund is made for that ticket.
Refunds are made only as a repayment to the method by which payment was made; no cash payment or payment to a different account is made.
7. Status of the RaveHunt Service Fee
When the event is cancelled by the organizer, the refund made to the user covers the total amount paid, including the Company's service fee.
Since the withdrawal exception applies to event tickets, the service fee is not refunded where no refund is due for reasons attributable to the user, such as inability to attend or a change of preference.
A free transfer of the ticket to a friend does not create a new sale transaction, and no additional service fee is charged for the transfer.
8. Free Ticket Transfer Alternative
A user who cannot attend the event may transfer their ticket to a friend free of charge. The transfer is carried out within the application; the ticket's QR code is assigned to the new user and the previous QR code becomes invalid.
Selling the ticket for a fee, offering it on the secondary or black market, or transferring it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Where such use is detected, the ticket may be cancelled and action may be taken regarding the account.
The person receiving the ticket must also be aged 18 or over and must accept the Platform's terms of use.
Free transfer is a flexibility offered for cases where the user cannot attend the event, and serves as a solution in place of the right of withdrawal or a refund request.
9. BPM Points
BPM is an in-app loyalty point. It is not money, cannot be converted into cash, and does not give rise to a refund or repayment.
If an event entered with BPM is cancelled by the organizer, the BPM points spent are restored to the user's account.
In cases of account closure, breach of the terms of use or detection of misuse, BPM points may be deleted. The deletion of BPM points does not create any right to a monetary refund.
10. Age Limit, ID and Denial of Entry
The Platform and events are intended for persons aged 18 and over. At event entry, the organizer may request identity and age verification.
If entry is denied because the user cannot prove their age or identity, or does not comply with the event rules (security, conduct, etc.), the ticket price is not refunded. Responsibility for this situation lies with the relevant organizer and/or the user.
Such a denial of entry is not treated as a cancellation arising from the non-performance of the event.
11. Application, Contact and Dispute Resolution
For cancellation, refund and transfer requests, and for questions about these terms, you may send an e-mail to contact@ravehunt.com or use the in-app support channels.
