Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

This Agreement is concluded electronically between SKYWAY TRAVEL TURIZM SEYAHAT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, which operates the RaveHunt brand and platform (the Company, Skyway Travel, or we), on one side, and the natural person who registers with or uses the platform (the User, Member, or you) on the other.

RaveHunt is the name of the brand and platform operated by Skyway Travel. In this Agreement, the term RaveHunt refers to the platform, the service provider, the intermediary in the sales process, and the data controller, that is, Skyway Travel. The legal entity acting as seller and data controller is Skyway Travel. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) offers social interaction and ticketing services for music events.

Platform: the web based service accessed at ravehunt.com, currently offered over the web only; a mobile application is not yet available. Organizer: the natural or legal person who creates events on the platform, offers tickets for sale, and is responsible for holding the event. Ticket: a digital access document in QR code form that grants the right to enter an event. BPM: a loyalty point earned within the platform that carries no monetary value.

The subject of this Agreement is to set out the conditions under which the User benefits from the platform and the rights and obligations of the parties. Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy, the data protection notice under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the Distance Sales Contract, and the Community Rules, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

To use the platform fully you need to create an account. During the ticket purchase process, if you do not yet have an account, a membership account may be created automatically with the information you provide. In that case the provisions of this Agreement are equally binding on you.

You may create your account and sign in with your email address or with your Google or Apple account (Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple). When you sign in with Google or Apple, the relevant provider shares the basic information needed for that sign in with us (for example your name and email address), and those providers' own terms of use and privacy policies also apply. These methods are used for authentication only; your password is not shared with us.

The platform is intended only for persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering or purchasing a ticket you represent and undertake that you are over 18. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found not to meet the age requirement. You also accept that the Organizer may carry out age verification (ID checks) at event entry.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, current, and complete, and for the confidentiality of your login credentials. All transactions carried out through your account are deemed to belong to you. If you notice any unauthorized use, you must notify us without delay at contact@ravehunt.com. Each User may open only a single account in their own name; creating an account using someone else's identity or false information is prohibited.

RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) is an intermediary service provider within the meaning of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. The platform functions as a marketplace that brings together Organizers who arrange events and offer tickets for sale with Users who wish to purchase tickets.

The sales contract for a ticket is concluded directly between the User and the relevant Organizer; in that relationship the seller is the Organizer. Holding the event and its content, date, venue, cancellation, postponement, and the fulfilment of the rights the ticket grants are the responsibility of the Organizer. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) is not the organizer, provider, or owner of the events.

In return for the intermediation, ticketing, and collection services it provides, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) charges a service fee (service or transaction fee). This fee is shown separately at the time of purchase. Details on fees are set out in the relevant section of this Agreement.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, refund and similar requests are primarily subject to the conditions announced by the relevant Organizer and to applicable consumer legislation. As an intermediary, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) provides reasonable support in these processes. In disputes between the selling Organizer and the User, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) acts as an intermediary and is not a party.

Tickets purchased are digital and are recorded as QR codes in the wallet linked to your account. At event entry, this QR code is scanned for verification. Each QR code is single use; copying it, showing it to more than one person, or sharing a screenshot may result in denial of entry, and the User is responsible for such situations.

Your ticket may be transferred to another User FREE OF CHARGE using the transfer feature on the platform. A transfer may be made only to a friend, without any consideration (free of charge).

Selling tickets for a price, bartering them, putting them up for auction, or transferring them through scalping is strictly prohibited. If a ticket is found to have changed hands outside the platform or for an amount above its original price, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) reserves the right to cancel the ticket in question and suspend the account.

Once a transfer is completed, the entry right the ticket grants passes to the receiving User and the transferring User's rights in the ticket end. The User is responsible for the validity of the transfer and for their relationship with the person receiving the ticket.

The ticket price is set by the Organizer. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) may apply a service fee in addition to this price. The total amount payable, including the service fee, is clearly shown to you before you complete the purchase.

Payments will be collected through the secure infrastructure of an authorized payment service provider that will be separately integrated into the platform. The payment system integration will be set up separately; your card details are processed within that provider's secure systems and RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) does not store your card information. Until the payment infrastructure goes live, paid transactions may be limited.

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services relating to leisure and entertainment that must be performed on a specific date or period. Because event tickets relate to an entertainment service taking place on a specific date, the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases. You are deemed to have accepted this at the time of purchase.

Cancellation, postponement, and refund conditions are set on an event by event basis by the Organizer and announced on the event page. Your rights arising from applicable consumer legislation are reserved.

BPM is a loyalty point earned within the platform. BPM is not money; it is not electronic money or a means of payment; it cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to a bank account, and has no value outside the platform.

BPM is earned, for example, each time you enter events and as other actions defined by the platform take place. Some events or benefits may be accessed using BPM. The rules for earning and spending BPM are set by RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) and may be updated from time to time.

BPM cannot be transferred, sold, or merged with another account; it may be used only within the account in which it was earned. BPM found to have been earned through cheating, false entries, or misuse of the system may be reclaimed by RaveHunt (Skyway Travel).

If the account is closed or this Agreement ends, accumulated BPM points become void without giving rise to any claim for payment or compensation.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for your conduct on the platform.

The following conduct in particular, and any use contrary to the law and the rules of good faith, is prohibited: engaging in ticket scalping or transferring a ticket for consideration; duplicating QR codes or producing counterfeits; using someone else's account without permission; opening fake accounts or circumventing the age requirement; manipulating the BPM system through cheating.

Actions that threaten the security of the platform are also prohibited: unauthorized access to systems, automated data collection (scraping or bots), uploading malware, disrupting the service, or reverse engineering.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, and the promotion of illegal goods or services directed at other users, Organizers, or third parties are strictly prohibited. In case of a breach of these rules, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) may take necessary measures, including removing content and suspending or closing the account.

The platform offers social features such as profiles, posts, comments, photos, and messaging. You are solely responsible for the content you share and you represent that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for that content.

You retain your rights in the content you share. However, so that the content can be displayed on the platform and the service can be provided, you grant RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) a worldwide, royalty free, and transferable license to host, reproduce, display, and publish the content within the platform. This license is limited to the purpose of operating the service.

RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) has the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content it considers contrary to the law or the Community Rules, but it has no obligation to pre screen all content. Notice and takedown processes under Law No. 5651 are applied. You may report unlawful content via contact@ravehunt.com.

The RaveHunt brand, logo, 3D icon set, software, design, and all other elements belonging to the platform are owned by Skyway Travel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use these elements without permission.

As an intermediary service provider, the platform is offered on an as is and as available basis. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

The Organizer is responsible for holding events and for their quality, safety, cancellation, or postponement, and for damages arising from the relationship between the Organizer and the User. RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) cannot be held liable for damages arising from events it does not organize, unless it is at fault.

RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) is not responsible for disputes and damages arising from ticket transfers between Users, from social interactions, or from content produced by Users. Mandatory provisions of applicable legislation and consumer protection rights are reserved.

RaveHunt's (Skyway Travel) liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid in the relevant transaction. Save for mandatory provisions, RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost profit damages.

The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing their account. Closing the account does not extinguish obligations that arose up to the moment of closure.

RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) may suspend or close your account, with prior notice or, depending on the urgency of the situation, without notice, in cases of breach of this Agreement, the Community Rules, or the law, security risk, suspicion of fraud, or failure to meet the age requirement.

If the account is suspended or closed, your rights regarding valid tickets are assessed within the framework of applicable consumer legislation; however, in cancellations arising from a breach, ticket and BPM rights may end.

Termination of this Agreement does not affect provisions that by their nature should remain in force (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law).

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

For the resolution of disputes, for Users who qualify as consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the applicable monetary limits. For other disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Nevsehir (Urgup) are competent. Disputes are primarily intended to be resolved amicably via contact@ravehunt.com.

RaveHunt (Skyway Travel) may update this Agreement in line with changes to the services or with legal requirements. Material changes are announced reasonably through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect means that you accept the current text.

This Agreement is provided in Turkish and English. The Turkish text is the original and official text; in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text prevails.
